Top 100 Five-Ingredient Dinners

Delicious recipe, and I had some tender snow peas picked from my garden this morning, along with the first three garlic scapes from my garlic bed, which I chopped up and added. I was happy to see that the salmon cubes, once marinated, easily browned and stayed intact. One observation--after the salmon is marinated, the recipe says to "discard the leftover marinade" but later on says to "pour the reserved marinade over the fish and vegetables". I kept that marinade and added it as suggested--did you really mean that the original marinade should be discarded?

I have made this for years . I use white and baby Bella mushrooms and use 1/2 hot paprika for a kick.
